BreadHaus Opens Second North Texas Bakery In Frisco

A fter years of seeing customers make the drive from Frisco to Grapevine, BreadHaus decided to bring the bakery closer to them. The longtime North Texas bakery has opened its second location at 1606 FM 423, Suite 400, in Frisco, expanding beyond its original Grapevine home after nearly three decades. “We’ve met so many customers from Frisco who were already making the trip to Grapevine, and we wanted to bring the bakery closer to them,” owner Fara Motta told Local Profile . “We also live close to the new bakery in Frisco and know it’s a growing community with families who care about what goes into their food.” Bread That Takes Time BreadHaus focuses on naturally fermented breads made with organic flour, grains and seeds. The bakery does not use commercial yeast or preservatives to speed up the process or extend shelf life. “Our bread takes time,” Fara said. “That means planning ahead and giving each loaf the care it needs.” For first-time customers, she recommends starting with two of the bakery’s best sellers: sourdough and pretzels.
