Police investigate possible weapons threat at Rock Island High School

10 hours agoThe Rock Island Police Department was called to investigate a possible weapons threat at Rock Island High School.
According to a release from the Rock Island-Milan School District:
We were made aware of an allegation at approximately 1:45 pm that there may be weapons outside of the school on school property. Upon receiving this information, the Rock Island Police Department was notified for assistance. The School Resource Officer and administrators searched the identified locations on school grounds for the alleged weapons. No weapons were found. There is no threat at this time, neither was there a threat inside the school building.
The district thanked staff and police for their quick thinking and action during the investigation.

Rilya Shenise Wilson has been missing from Miami, Florida (Miami-Dade County), since January 18, 2001, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). She would now be 29 years old if alive.

The 1994 unsolved disappearance of infant Kelsi Krum and her mother in Arcadia, Florida
Kelsi Jordan Krum has been missing from Arcadia, Florida (DeSoto County), since August 11, 1994, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Her mother, Kelli Jo Krum (pictured below), also disappeared. Kelsi would now be 32 years old, and her mother would be 53.
