Scott County conducts regional transit study

Davenport, Bettendorf, Eldridge and LeClaire are conducting a regional transit study.

The study is designed to find out experiences and ideas to shape the future of public transit in Scott County. The Iowa Department of Transportation is paying for the study that launched last year. The goal is to stimulate the local economy by helping residents get where they need to go.
The survey closes at the end of June. Initial results are expected early next year.
