Davenport man wins $100,000 in new Iowa Lottery game

2025-03-14The Quad Cities’ lottery luck strikes again as a man from Davenport wins the first $100,000 prize in a new Iowa Lottery scratch game.
Timothy Milburn bought his winning “20X” scratch ticket at Hy-Vee, 4064 E. 53rd Street in Davenport and claimed his prize Friday at the lottery’s regional office in Cedar Rapids. His win comes less than two weeks after the game debuted.
20X is a $10 scratch game with seven top prizes of $100,000 and overall odds of 1 in 3.15. Click here for more on the Iowa Lottery, its games and remaining prizes.

Deklon Ford disappeared from Columbus, Ohio (Franklin County), on May 6, 2015, with his mother, Brittany Anne Ford (pictured below), according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Deklon's photo above (far right) has been age progressed to 8, though he would now be 11. His mother would now be 40.
