SIKESTON, MO — The Sikeston City Council has approved the installations of a Safe Haven Baby Box during Monday’s City Council Meeting. According to a news release from the City of Sikeston, the box will be worked into the design of the city’s new fire station, which is currently under construction. However, the city will not execute a contract with the station until its design is further along.
