Michigan Lottery: Group of Oakland County neighbors claim $110K jackpot
A group of neighbors who have been playing the Lottery together for five years won a $110,000 Fantasy 5 jackpot from the Michigan Lottery!. The eight-person David K lottery club matched the Fantasy 5 numbers in the April 15 drawing to win the big prize: 10-16-18-25-39. They bought the winning ticket at the Marathon gas station, located at 6800 Highland Road in Waterford.

Orion Art Center hosts Lake Orion Art & Flower Fair May 17-19
LAKE ORION — Floral scents will fill the air and artwork will decorate the streets of downtown Lake Orion this weekend for the Orion Art Center’s annual Art & Flower Fair. The Art & Flower Street Market runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, on Broadway and Flint streets with more than 108 vendors displaying their goods, said Holly Nicosia, executive director of the Art Center.
