Two adrenaline junkies took their need for speed to the streets and wound up behind bars Monday. Bexar County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Joshua Loaff, 22, and Isaak Combe, 20, were arrested after deputies spotted them racing along Gibbs Sprawl Road on the far Northeast Side.
