Springfield's Sunrise Ridge to bring new homes to west side
Bussell Homes has announced Sunrise Ridge, a new residential community on West Grand Street in Springfield, offering homebuyers access to the city along with homes built by a company that has served the Ozarks region for nearly three decades. The development will be on Springfield's west side and will include a range of homesites, floor plans and finishes, according to a community announcement. The company said in the announcement that the neighborhood is intended for buyers seeking both location and construction quality when choosing a home. "A great location is only part of the decision," Bussell Homes President Tyler Bussell said in the announcement. "The address is what draws people in, but the quality of the build is what they live with for the next 20 or 30 years. Sunrise Ridge gives buyers both, and we think that combination is hard to find right now." The community is planned near shopping, dining, parks and major transportation routes serving the west side of the Springfield metropolitan area. Students living in the neighborhood will attend schools in the Willard School District.
