Pro Stock Motorcycle standout Jianna Evaristo raced to the second final-round appearance of her career at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals at iconic Bristol Dragway. After qualifying in the top half of the ladder for the first time this season, the talented rider powered her Scrappers Racing Buell to an impressive runner-up finish against reigning world champion Gaige Herrera. Her sister, Top Fuel rookie Jasmine Salinas, also broke into the top half of the field for the first time in her burgeoning career.

Brandon Foster Battles at First Bristol Race
Through three days of the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals rookie of the year contender Brandon Foster was challenged running his Aqua Prop Pro Stock Camaro in a wide variety of conditions at Bristol Dragway. Through two days of qualifying on Friday and Saturday Foster and his Chevrolet Camaro powered by KB Titan Racing made four consistent runs that kept the business owner turned professional driver in the top half of the 16-car qualifier field. His best pass of 6.682 seconds was quick enough to position Foster as the No. 8 qualifier going into race day.
