Police search for KC Country Club Plaza shooting suspects
KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement authorities investigating gunfire at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City are asking for help to identify suspects and a vehicle. Just after 6:30 p.m. on April 6, police responded to a report of a shooting and individuals running near 47th and Central, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez. After officers secured the scene, it was discovered that multiple vehicles had been shot into, and one of the vehicles was occupied. There were no injuries.
Independence police arrest suspect in deadly overnight shooting
INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (KCTV) - A deadly shooting claimed the lift of one person overnight in Independence. Police arrested a suspect after responding to W. South and S. Woodland Ave. early Monday morning. They they arrived at the scene, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot injury. The man died at the scene, according to investigators.
