Police: Suspect barricades himself after attacking man on lawn mower with knife
WOODRUFF S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Woodruff Police Department said a man barricaded himself inside a home after attacking another man on Monday night. According to the department, officers were called to a disturbance in which Harold Lashaun Rice pulled a man off from a lawn mower and put a knife to his throat. Rice left the scene before law enforcement and went to a home on Williams Street.
