David Alan Padilla, 60, of Princeton, was sentenced in court on Thursday, May 9, to 185 days in the Mille Lacs County Jail after recklessly discharging a firearm within the city in August 2023. Justin Taylor Eschenbacher, 29, Hillman, was charged in Morrison County District Court with one felony count of assault. The charge stems from a May 1 incident, when a deputy of the Morrison County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an assault that occurred at a residence on Highway 27.
