Bojangles Location Looks to Be Planned for Diamond Plaza

With more than 800 locations nationwide, Bojangles has become a tried-and-true American favorite with its broad biscuit-forward menu. The brand is at work on a major expansion in Las Vegas after signing a franchise agreement with LV Petroleum , and paperwork submitted to Clark County appears to show plans for a new Bojangles in Enterprise .

The plans for Bojangles Restaurant Store #1468 include the construction of a 3,138-square-foot restaurant, with a valuation of $1.5 million given for the work. No address is included in the paperwork, but it refers to a parcel of land at the intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road . In other words, the location appears to be opening in Diamond Plaza , the retail center on the southeast corner of that intersection.

If you live nearby, the chain’s selection of Southern comfort food offerings looks to be headed your way. It includes favorites like Bo’s Chicken Sandwich and the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, along with biscuit sandwiches like the Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit, the Steak Biscuit, and the Country Ham Biscuit.

(And don’t forget the Biscuits and Gravy!)

A representative of LV Petroleum, the franchisee behind Bojangles’ move into the Vegas market, was not immediately available to discuss a new Enterprise location on Friday. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
