Local butcher shop suffers devastating fire
Clinton County, Pa. — Stoltzfus Butcher Shop, located at 1784 East End Mountain Road in Lamar Township, experienced a devastating fire on Thursday morning. The fire, which occurred around 1 a.m., prompted a response from multiple fire stations from Lycoming and Centre counties, according to Clinton County Fire Wire. Stoltzfus Butcher Shop informed its customers on Facebook that the business would be closed indefinitely, expressing concerns that the building may be a total loss. "We are completely closed until further notice," the post read. "The assumption at this time, is that it is a total loss. Updates and progress will be posted."
