Recently identified remains of World War II veteran to be buried in Floyd County
FORT KNOX, Iowa – An Iowa native killed in World War II is coming home. The U.S. Army says the remains of 2nd Lieutenant Max E. Dailey will be interred June 12 at Riverton Cemetery in Floyd County. Hauser Weishaar Funeral Home of Charles City will perform graveside services preceding the interment.
