Deposit Man Charged in Death of Toddler Released on Bail
The Deposit man accused of killing a toddler over Mother's Day weekend has been released on bail. According to the Delaware County District Attorney, James Christ, Jr. was released after bail was set at $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond. Initially, he had been remanded without bail. Christ, Jr. was initially charged with Assault in the 1st degree and Manslaughter in the 2nd degree after an investigation by state police.
