FOREST CITY, Iowa – Repeatedly stealing from a storage facility in North Iowa results in probation for a Nebraska man. James Dustin Sporleder, 44 of Omaha, NE, pleaded guilty to five counts of third-degree burglary and has been ordered to spend five years on supervised probation. Sporleder must also complete all recommended substance abuse and mental health treatment and pay a total of $9,061 in restitution to his victims.
