Developers West Harpeth Partners and Daniel Communities have announced construction has begun on 68 homesites in the Wyelea community. According to a release, Tudor Building Group is leading the overall project’s grading and infrastructure. Adenus Solutions Group is working on the wastewater system. Home construction is set to begin in Spring 2025, but the partners have released the first images of the development that show a clubhouse and equestrian facility to go along with the commencement of infrastructure work.
