Soccer star Debbie Huston elected to 2024 NIU Athletics Hall of Fame class
Former soccer star of the mid to late 1990’s Debbie Huston was elected as the sixth member of NIU Athletics 2024 Hall of Fame class, the university announced on Thursday. Huston is the sixth inductee of a pool that now consists of former quarterback Jordan Lynch, safety Jimmie Ward, gymnast Holly Reichard, volleyball star Kate McCullagh and volleyball head coach Pete Waite. Huston is the second Huskie to be chosen this week, following Ward who was admitted as a first-ballot selection on Thursday.

Wisconsin basketball received an On3 transfer prediction to land former Northern Illinois forward Xavier Amos. Amos entered the transfer portal after two years with the Huskies. Huskies win four events in three meet weekend
NIU women’s track and field traveled to three different invitationals this weekend and took home nine top-five finishes, four of which being first place finishes.
