Police: Woodstock man shot during botched burglary due in court next month
CHELSEA, Vt. (WCAX) - A Woodstock man now faces attempted burglary charges connected to an incident in December. Vermont State Police say Hugh Shackleton, 33, tried to break into a home on Button Hill Road on December 20th but was shot with a rifle by Justin Duddie, 21, who was at the home at the time.
