MOBERLY, Mo. (KMIZ) Two men allegedly found burning parts from a transformer were charged with felonies in Randolph County on Monday. Timothy Duane Still, 45, of Keytesville, and Ronald Walstead, 40, of Moberly were both charged with receiving stolen property. Both are being held at the Randolph County Jail on $15,000 bonds. U.S. 51 Ohio River “Cairo” Bridge reopened after tow boat hit beam
BALLARD COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - The U.S. 51 Ohio River “Cairo” Bridge was temporarily closed Friday evening after part of a tow boat struck a bridge beam. According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the U.S. Coast Guard Ohio River Operations Center reported a harbor tug lost power after retrieving an empty barge from the fleet area just upstream from the bridge.

Minor injuries reported in two-car crash on Highway 63
A two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 63, five miles south of Moberly, at approximately 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, leading to minor injuries for one of the passengers. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2020 Chrysler Voyager, driven by 39-year-old Amber D. Sickler of Moberly, Missouri, collided with the rear of a 2004 Dodge Ram operated by 83-year-old Carl E. Heuer of Clark, Missouri. Both vehicles were traveling southbound at the time of the incident.
