Rochester man arrested after reportedly leading ISP on pursuit through 2 counties
FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — Indiana State Police (ISP) arrested a Rochester man after he reportedly led ISP on a pursuit through two counties on May 2. According to ISP, a state trooper was patrolling on State Road 25 in Cass County when he saw someone driving a motorcycle with a taillight not working.
