Perry Softball Knocks Off Grandview Christian
The sixth inning has certainly been Perry’s inning over the past 48 hours. For the second straight night, Perry pushed across the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning as the Jayettes defeated Grandview Christian 3-1 in non-conference softball Thursday at the PAC. Tied at one, Kalley Whelchel started the frame with an infield single. Maci Tunink followed with an opposite field double, sending Whelchel to third.
