According to a probable cause statement, Bryant Davis was a passenger in a vehicle that his wife, Donna Davis, was driving.

Deputies with the Miller County Sheriff’s Office stopped the vehicle for following too closely. During the stop, the Davises refused to allow deputies to search the vehicle, and a K-9 unit was called.

When Bryant Davis got out of the car, court documents state a $1 bill with cocaine residue was found in his pocket and he was arrested. Psilocybin mushrooms were also found in the car.

At the Miller County Jail, Bryant Davis attempted to flush a bag containing what appeared to be counterfeit Percocet pills and fentanyl.
