New season offers a taste of innovation on Palm Beach restaurant scene
With new dining establishments in Palm Beach set to open and longtime restaurants on the island enhanced with new features, the 2026-2027 season is expected to be a delicious one. Flagler Steakhouse in The Breakers’ Golf & Racquet Clubhouse is slated to reopen in November after a monthslong “refresh,” which has included a comprehensive back-of-house kitchen renovation. Flagler Steakhouse is one of 10 restaurants owned and operated by The Breakers, where most, but not all, dining options are open to the public. Also slated to reopen in November is a popular South End restaurant that temporarily closed this past summer for renovations and a menu refresh. With the same hands-on owners behind such popular Palm Beach restaurants as Renato’s and Pizza al Fresco, Acqua Café debuted in 2020 at 2875 S. Ocean Blvd. Over
