STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A man arrested in Stuart on Sunday was identified as a suspect in nine separate incidents, police say. The Stuart Police Department (SPD) said just after 6 p.m., officers responded to a robbery at Ellie's Deli at 18 SE 6th Street. By the time officers arrived, the suspect — identified as 26-year-old Quincy Gramm — was no longer at the scene.

The Town Commission on Tuesday voted unanimously to approve the language of the amendments, but it still can change the wording before it formally goes on the ballot. The proposed changes include requiring commissioners and commission candidates to be registered qualified voters for at least a year.
