STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — A man arrested in Stuart on Sunday was identified as a suspect in nine separate incidents, police say. The Stuart Police Department (SPD) said just after 6 p.m., officers responded to a robbery at Ellie's Deli at 18 SE 6th Street. By the time officers arrived, the suspect — identified as 26-year-old Quincy Gramm — was no longer at the scene.
