Winchester Residents Urged to Comply with Main Street Winter Parking Rules
The Town has reminded residents about Main Street's winter parking regulations. The Parking Ordinance forbids parking on Main Street from November 15th to April 1st. This rule helps the Town efficiently remove snow and ice and apply sand or salt to the roads. Residents are asked to park in the Town Hall parking lot instead.
