Three charged in Kanawha County drive-by shooting
CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Three men have been taken in custody in connection with a drive-by shooting from Sunday in Kanawha County. According to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department Antonio Jacobs III, 18, of St. Albans, W.Va. and Kaden Bowman, 24, of Dunbar, W.Va. are each charged with wanton endangerment. A third individual, Zion Clark, 23, of Dunbar, W.Va. was arrested on an outstanding and unrelated burglary warrant as well as wanton endangerment tied to the incident.
Stories of panic and chaos emerge from Sunday shooting
DUNBAR, W.Va. — Witnesses said chaos and panic ensued Sunday at a major kids soccer event in Kanawha County. Hundreds of families were on hand watching children participate in the West Virginia Soccer Association’s Open Cup event at the Shawnee Sports Complex in Dunbar, W.Va. Around 3 p.m. shots rang out about two blocks away at an apartment complex.
