On Monday, Nov. 2, the ball was fully in Spencer’s hands, and the Mean Green’s offense ran through her. Spencer scored a career-high 22 points, 11 of them in the first quarter. She also added a career-high seven rebounds along with five assists and three steals as North Texas opened its season with a 101-48 win over the Newman Jets.

NORMAN — Oklahoma football landed its fifth 2028 commitment Monday. Defensive lineman Logan Lokey out of Guyer High School in Denton, Texas, chose the Sooners over SMU, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. Lokey visited OU during its blowout home loss to South Carolina this past weekend. At 6-foot-3, 245 pounds, Lokey is a consensus top-55 player in the state of Texas. Despite a 4-4 record, things are heating up for the Sooners on the recruiting trail. OU also hosted four-star running back Jayshawn Mitchell and four-star receiver Carson LaCombe this past weekend.
