St. James resident to send care packages to Minnesota soldiers in Kuwait
ST. JAMES, Minn. (KEYC) - On February 1, 550 Minnesota National Guard soldiers from the 34th Infantry “Red Bull” Division were deployed to Kuwait. One of the soldiers is the son of Connie Risty, who lives in St. James. In April, she and her daughters began texting with him to see if they could help him in any way.
