Charges dropped in MSU hazing death but likely to be refiled
EAST LANSING, MI – Ingham County prosecutors expect to refile charges in a Michigan State University hazing death after dismissing charges against six of nine defendants. The dismissals came Friday, April 26, in East Lansing District Court where the defendants were scheduled for a preliminary examination to determine if their cases should be bound over for trial in Ingham Circuit Court.

Mother, 26, dies after crash, 3-year-old daughter seriously injured
