COVINGTON, Ky. (WKRC) - A Covington woman is in jail, accused of confronting a teenage boy with a baseball bat. Helen Combs is being held on a $5,000 bond at the Kenton County Detention Center. According to court documents, Combs went to the boy's home with a baseball bat and a stun gun Sunday.
