COOPERSTOWN BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Three individuals are facing charges for allegedly stealing multiple firearms and car parts from a Cooperstown Borough residence. Court documents indicate Franklin-based State Police filed criminal charges against 22-year-old Edward Allen Frey III, of Pittsburgh, 26-year-old Seth Desira Askey, of Conneautville, and 22-year-old Dakota Ryan Knice Scull, of Springboro, in District Judge Andrew Fish’s office on May 3.
