Fowler restaurant Jocy's to close after 20 years in business
FOWLER, Calif. (FOX26) — After two decades of serving Mexican food to the Fowler community, Jocy's restaurant is preparing to close its doors for good. The restaurant, located at Fresno and 8th streets, will serve its final customers Friday. Owner Francisco Arteaga says keeping the business open became increasingly difficult following the COVID-19 pandemic.
