Three Car Crash Injures One
One person was injured in a three-vehicle crash Thursday morning near Rock Valley. According to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office, 17-year-old Kiara Hickey of Doon was driving southbound on Garfield Avenue and was stopped for a stop sign at Highway 18. 61-year-old Gilberto Martinez of Rock Valley was northbound on Garfield, he was stopped at the stop sign on Highway 18 as well. Hickey entered the intersection where she struck an eastbound vehicle on Highway 18 driven by 62-year-old Rhonda Vandenhull of Archer. After the initial collision, Vandenhull’s and Hickey’s vehicles struck the Martinez vehicle.
