CopyPro Vice President of Support Services Debra Dennis is celebrating her 40th anniversary with the company. Dennis joined CopyPro in 1986 as a customer service dispatcher and steadily rose through the ranks over her four decades of service. Appointed vice president of support services in 2014, she oversees day-to-day operations of the service, aftermarket and IT departments. In addition to managing major account installations, Dennis works closely with the chief operating officer (COO) on strategic decisions that affect the company’s operations and well-being. “Debra’s extensive knowledge of CopyPro’s daily operations and history continues to make her a tremendous asset to the company. She is committed to both the company and the customers we serve, a very rare combination. We are lucky to have Debra as part of the CopyPro management team,” COO Jason Jones said. “I often say that CopyPro and I have grown up together — I’ve had a front-row seat to 40 years of incredible change within our industry and the company,” Dennis said, reflecting on her journey. “One of the owners once asked me what my favorite hobby was; my immediate answer was, ‘Working at the PRO!’ When I finally decide to retire, they may have to

Rhodes was selected for his dependability, professionalism and willingness to handle every assignment given to him, according to Cargo. Rhodes joined Cargo Transporters in December 2018 and operates out of the company’s Rocky Mount terminal. During his career with Cargo, he has accumulated more than 900,000 miles and earned the trust of his Fleet Leader, Sherri Strahan. “He is always on time,” Strahan said. “He does whatever is given to him, no matter what. He is very professional and represents Cargo well on the road.” Rhodes enjoys the variety that comes with a career behind the wheel. “You never know what you’re going to see one day to the next,” Rhodes said. “Seeing new things is probably my favorite part.” When asked about his view on safety, Rhodes described it as his “priority number one.” His advice to drivers entering the industry is equally direct: “Just be patient.” Rhodes also values the personal opportunities his career with Cargo provides. He said the company allows him to remain close to his daughter while she attends college. Headquartered in Claremont, Cargo Transporters
