After the search, Skyler Pahmahmie was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. There have been previous drug-related arrests in Horton. In February, Ray Atlakson was charged with possession and distribution of methamphetamine. These arrests are part of a larger effort by law enforcement to reduce methamphetamine trafficking and use in the area.
