New 198-unit affordable housing development for seniors officially opens in Columbia
New 55+ affordable 198-unit housing development community, Haven at Congaree Pointe, is set to officially open its doors in Columbia on Tuesday. A grand celebration with a ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. The ceremony will include remarks from U.S. Congressman James E. Clyburn, S.C. State Senator Darrell Jackson, City of Columbia Mayor Daniel Rickenmann, and Dominium leaders.
