WASHINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) — The Tazewell County Coroner has identified the woman killed Wednesday morning when she was struck by a pickup truck on U.S. Route 24. Pronounced dead at the scene at 7:32 a.m. Wednesday, May 8 was 20-year old Jacksonville, Fla., resident Hailey Parks, said Coroner Charles R. Hanley.
