Holyoke police selling patches to benefit officer’s son diagnosed with Leukemia

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – Holyoke police cancer awareness patches are available for purchase to support an officer’s son diagnosed with cancer.

Holyoke Police Officer Crystal Manzi’s 1-year-old son, Ashton was diagnosed with Leukemia and is currently at Boston Children’s Hospital for his second round of chemotherapy. The treatment may include a bone marrow transplant or additional chemotherapy.

The childhood cancer awareness patches can be purchased on Venmo for $10 each. The Venmo account is @HPD-Patch and must include your mailing address.

All proceeds will benefit Ashton and his family with additional expenses, including medical expenses, gas, food, lodging, parking, care for their dog, and more.
