Update: Flash flood warning for Greene County until 1:45 a.m. Sunday
The National Weather Service issued an updated flash flood warning at 10:46 p.m. on Saturday in effect until Sunday at 1:45 a.m. for Greene County. "At 10:46 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," explains the weather service. "Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas."

Cameron bridge renamed in honor of local World War II veteran William Harris
CAMERON, WV — On Monday in Cameron, a special bridge dedication took place for a former Cameron veteran. The U.S. Navy Veteran William "Bill" C. Harris Memorial Bridge will be the new name for the bridge that connects to Cameron Elementary. Harris recently passed away at the age of 96.
Cameron honors military with over 1,300 flags at Memorial Day ceremony
CAMERON, WV — A special Memorial Day ceremony took place on Monday in Cameron with a field of flags paying tribute to those who were lost. For the past eight years, the city of Cameron has been placing flags in their Veterans Memorial Park to honor loved ones who have served or continue to serve in the military. This year, they received over 1,300 flags, an additional 75 compared to last year, with 30 volunteers placing them alphabetically in the park. These flags bear the names of not just individuals from Marshall County, but also from across the U.S. Thomas Scott Conely is a part of the American Legion in Cameron, who helped design the park, which he says is very near and dear to his heart.

(KDKA) -- Police are searching for two more suspects after a shooting left one teenager dead and another wounded in Washington County.The Washington County District Attorney's Office announced charges against Jeheili Cochran and Anthony Barfield on Thursday. Anthony Barfield's brother, Windale Barfield Jr., and Cochran's brother, Karon Whitlock, have already been charged and arrested in Annalaya Wilkerson's death.Wilkerson and another teenage girl were fond shot on the side of Jolly School Road in South Franklin Township on April 13.
