WEYMOUTH – An atypically shaped lot in The Landing could be redeveloped for two retail spaces and 20 condos. The zoning board of appeals heard the mixed-use proposal Wednesday evening from developer Peter Chew to tear down the existing one-story commercial space at 89-97 Washington St. In its place would rise a three-story building on the seven-sided lot, or as one board member put it, a "horse-head shaped lot."
