Great Give Day aims to raise $500,000 for nonprofits in seven counties
DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) - A 24-hour online giving event aims to raise half a million dollars for nonprofits in seven eastern Iowa counties. “Great Give Day” is May 15th. It’s a day to celebrate and support local nonprofits in Allamakee, Clayton, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, and Jones Counties.

More than 50 people turned out on May 3, 2024, on a beautiful spring afternoon for the groundbreaking ceremony. Construction on the Harmony-Preston Valley Trail extension to the Iowa state line will begin next week. It will include a half mile spur to Niagara Cave. The Stateline Trail will be ADA compliant.
