St. Albans woman arrested for string of thefts, trespassing
ST. ALBANS — A local woman was arrested Wednesday after a spree of thefts from multiple businesses in St. Albans City, including the Beverage Mart and Family Dollar. St. Albans Police Department identified Stephanie Dugan, 40, as the suspect in the theft of two bottles of liquor from Beverage Mart on May 9, valued at over $257.
