Central Texas Contractor Accused of Fraud and Arrested in North Dakota
Loyd Clayton Yost, owner of Clayton Construction, has been accused by at least 20 Central Texas residents of not completing contract work his company had agreed to do. Yost fled to North Dakota and was arrested in late January with the help of the U.S. Marshall’s Lone Star Fugitive task force and the McLennan County F.A.S.T unit. According to KCEN TV, the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office plans to conduct a full investigation once Yost is brought back to Texas.
