Louisiana softball advances to Lafayette Regional semifinals after defeating Princeton on Friday
No. 13 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns softball advanced to the semifinals of the Lafayette Regional after defeating the Princeton Tigers 8-0 on a five-inning, run rule Friday. The Ragin' Cajuns went to their usual ways using different pitchers including sophomore Chloe Riassetto to start, senior Denali Loecker to follow followed by junior Lexie Debrey, who were all sensational in the circle Friday as they pitched five combined innings — allowing two hits, no runs, no walks and striking out two.
