Minden Favorite Set to Open in Bossier City This Week
A favorite local Minden eatery is expanding its footprint and is expecting to open its new location in Bossier City, LA this week!. If you remember, a few months ago, Chimi V's Fajita Factory abruptly shut its doors leaving locals scratching their heads. It turned out that the owners were ready to retire, but the staff had no notice and the closing left folks feeling a certain kind of way. Soon after, we heard rumors about the folks from Habacu's Mexican Restaurant in Minden were taking over the old Chimi V's, and those rumors were true! If you've never been to Habacu's, you're MISSING OUT. I love their food and since I live smack in the middle between Bossier and Minden, we ate there often.

I needed to get more makeup and perfume and thought this trip would take only 5 minutes. My friend and I walked in and were shocked that the store was completely different. I walked outside to see if this in fact was Belk that we had walked into.
