SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A group of friends were driving around the Louisiana State Fairgrounds when unknown suspects began firing at them. On April 19, at 7:03 p.m., the Shreveport Police Department (SPD) responded to a local hospital, where a gunshot victim had arrived at the facility.
