ROCHESTER, Minn. — A former Mayo Clinic resident accused of fatally poisoning his wife last year may have been identifying as a widower before she even died, a new warrant reveals.Connor Bowman, 31, is facing charges of second- and first-degree murder for the death of 32-year-old Betty Bowman on Aug. 20, 2023.According to her obituary, Betty Bowman died at the Mayo Clinic's St. Marys Hospital "following a sudden onset of autoimmune and infectious illness." Wanted Rochester man accused of resisting arrest
ROCHESTER, Minn. – A wanted man is accused of resisting arrest on Thursday morning. The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office says deputies went to the 2300 block of Valleyhigh Drive NW just before 9:30 am Thursday to try and serve an arrest warrant on Jabriel Meeks, 21 of Rochester.
Man takes plea deal after violent confrontation with Olmsted County deputies
ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man arrested after a violent confrontation with deputies has pleaded guilty. Andrew Joseph Fogan, 28 of Stewartville, was arrested on September 20, 2023, after a traffic stop in the 6500 block of Highway 52 in Olmsted County. The sheriff’s office says Fogan and the female driver were acting suspiciously and deputies determined Fogan had committed a domestic assault in the vehicle.
Suspect sought in assault and robbery at Rochester gas station
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Police are investigating an early morning assault and robbery at a gas station. It happened around 4 am Tuesday in the 400 block of 4th Street SE. The Rochester Police Department says a 73-year-old male gas station employee reported being punched. The employee says suspect had been in the bathroom for a long time and the employee asked the person to exit the bathroom so it could be cleaned.
Second man sentenced for 2022 riot that injured Rochester police officers
ROCHESTER, Minn. – A second man has been sentenced for a 2022 brawl that injured Rochester police officers. Jahmaul Lorenzo Earthman, 20 of Rochester, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault of a peace officer. Charges of third-degree riot and obstructing the legal process were dismissed and Earthman was sentenced to two years of supervised probation.
