Gov. Abbott announces over $179,000 grant to TSTC
AUSTIN / WACO, Texas (FOX 44) ⎯ Governor Greg Abbott has announced a Skills Development Fund (SDF) grant award to Texas State Technical College (TSTC). The award totals $179,538, and is made possible by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Through this SDF grant, TSTC will provide 100 new and incumbent employees of Hendrick Health System with customized training in healthcare, healthcare compliance, medical billing, and other high-demand occupations.
